Katie Lehnis
The physical practice is where my love for yoga began, but it was through discovering the breath as the root of it all that everything changed. Yoga has taught me countless life lessons, yet none more powerful than the impact of our breath. The connection between breath and movement invites me to feel vulnerable, present, and strong—and it begins anew each time I roll out my mat.
My teaching style is honest, playful, compassionate, and encouraging. Throughout class, my hope is to remind students of their strength and resilience, the grace found in rest, the joy of smiling when things get tough, and the unending power of the breath.
