Yoga holds great value for me as it takes a holistic approach to wellness, benefitting both the mind and body. My practice has enabled me to strike a healthy balance between strength and flexibility while enhancing my focus, concentration, and self-awareness. I find it provides an excellent platform for self-study.

As a yoga teacher, I base my teaching style on mindfulness, alignment, and tradition, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere where students can explore their practice with grace and curiosity. I take pleasure in providing modifications that allow students to tune into their bodies, helping them practice in a way that is authentic and sustainable for them.

Empower is an inclusive and welcoming space that fosters community and connections. The teachers at Empower are skilled, compassionate, and knowledgeable in creating classes that cater to students needs. The studio’s dedication to offering a wide rage of styles and class formats, from gentle and restorative to challenging and dynamic, is something that I appreciate.
