Yoga is both a gift and a blessing for me. It gives me the wisdom and freedom to express myself exactly as I am. My mat is always a welcoming safe space that is free from judgment and expectations. I really love this practice and how it always reminds me about the impermanence of everything. It simply carves out the space for you to just breath, move and reconnect.
I have a strong and energetic teaching style that is also compassionate and supportive. My classes offer a safe space for you to explore your most vulnerable self. I enjoy bringing out the passion in my students and encouraging them to meet their edge.
I really love Empower because it truly feels like home. The positive energy inside this studio is life changing. The community is always welcoming and supportive. I started off at Empower as a student and loved it so much I decided to take their Yoga Teacher Training. I’m really proud to be both a student and teacher in this beautiful space.
