I love yoga because of the strength and courage it gives me.  I find the practice to be both gratifying and powerful. It is such a big part of my life and I have been involved with Empower since the day they opened their doors in June of 2014. I originally took yoga teacher training to learn more and deepen my personal practice, but soon after graduation I gave up my nursing career to focus on healing others through yoga. 

My teaching style is relaxed, supportive and healing, but I will not hesitate to take students to the edge.  I always encourage my students to make the class uniquely their own, to follow their breath, and release all expectations. 

I love Empower because it is such an unassuming space. It just feels safe and warm. You can actually feel the love and healing energy the moment you walk in the door. This Empower community is HOME!
